What payments are due, and when are they required?
At the time of signing your lease, a security deposit of half a month's rent is due to secure your new home. The first month of rent is due on the first day of your lease.
How do I book a viewing?

How do I apply for an apartment?
Our online application process is simple and secure. Just select the home you’re interested in, review the details, and submit your application.
What is the demographic of the tenants in the building?
Our communities are home to a mix of working professionals, retirees, families and long term residents who value quiet, comfort, and beautifully maintained living spaces.
Is there storage available?
Select properties offer secure storage lockers for an additional monthly fee. Availability varies by building and is listed on each property page.
Is the damage deposit used for cleaning at move out?
No. In British Columbia, damage deposits cannot be used for routine cleaning. They may only be applied to damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Do your buildings have elevators?
Yes. All Veyron residential communities include at least one elevator for comfortable, convenient access to every floor.
What payment methods do you accept for rent?
Is parking provided? If so, is the cost included in the rent?
Parking is available at all Veyron properties. Options vary by building- such as outdoor, covered, or secured parking. Please contact our team for specific information at 250 926 5501.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utility inclusions vary by property. Typically, tenants are responsible for electricity, BC Hydro and internet/cable while water and garbage collection are included.
Am I allowed to have a BBQ in my rental unit?
For safety reasons, BBQs of any kind are not permitted inside units or on balconies.
Do you allow smoking in your buildings or properties?
No. All Veyron communities are completely smoke-free and vape-free to maintain a clean, healthy living environment.
Do you allow pets in your buildings or properties?
Our properties are pet-free to support a peaceful and allergy friendly environment.
Is tenant insurance required?
Yes. Tenant insurance is required and must include fire, theft, and a minimum of $1,000,000 liability coverage. Coverage must be active throughout the tenancy with no lapses.
What is the rental term for your properties?
Our standard rental term is a one-year lease. After the first year, the tenancy moves to a month-to-month agreement for added flexibility.
