Is parking provided? If so, is the cost included in the rent?

One parking spot is automatically assigned to each suite and included in the rental cost. Subject to availability, an additional spot(s) may be purchased to accommodate a second vehicle.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Unless otherwise stated, utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, including but not limited to, hydro, cable, phone and internet.

Am I allowed to have a BBQ in my rental unit?

No, BBQ's are not allowed in the rental units, including on the decks.

Do you allow smoking in your buildings or properties?

There is no smoking, of any kind, allowed in our buildings or on the properties.

Do you allow pets in your buildings or properties?

No, we do not allow pets of any type into our buildings or properties.

Is Tenant Insurance required?

Yes, residents must carry their own fire, theft and liability insurance (with a minimum liability coverage of one million dollars). It must be renewed on a yearly basis with no lapse in coverage.

What is the rental term for your properties?

Tenants are required to sign a one year lease. Once the first year of tenancy is complete rent moves to a month to month arrangement.
