Below are general policies, rules and information pertaining to all Veyron Properties Group properties. These are intended for the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all of our residents.

Note: This is not an exhaustive list, please consult your Tenancy Agreement or Property Manager for more details.


Veyron Properties has a strict No Smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited on all Veyron sites. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Apartments

  • Common Areas

  • Elevators / Stairwells

  • Balconies / Patios

  • Parkades and Parking Lots

  • Grounds

  • Storage Areas

Animals / Pets

Animals and/or pets are not permitted in or on any Veyron property.


Barbecues and/or propane tanks are not permitted in or on any Veyron property. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Apartments

  • Common Areas

  • Elevators / Stairwells

  • Balconies / Patios

  • Parkades and Parking Lots

  • Grounds

  • ​Storage Areas

Damages and Cleanliness

  • Damages to the property, including but not limited to the appliances, the fixtures, plumbing, electrical and mechanical, resulting directly or indirectly from the Resident's negligence or willful actions, or negligence or willful actions of a guest(s) of the Resident are the responsibilty of the Resident.

  • Residents need to exercise precautionary measures to prevent freezing and plugging of water and/or waste pipes. Damages resulting from lack of precautions are the responsibilty of the Resident.

  • Residents must maintain ordinary healthy standards of cleanliness, and sanitary conditions throughout the residence.

  • No boxes, debris or garbage shall be placed in corridors, landings or stairways, or any other common area of the  building, except in the garbage/recycling areas.

  • Deck areas are not to be used for storage. No items, including laundry racks, are to be hung on decks or deck rails.

  • Please do not not to shake mops, area rugs or dusters in deck areas.

  • Garbage is to be drained and placed in sealed garbage bags before disposing of in the bin.

  • No unregistered or unlicensed vehicles are to be parked on the premises. Any damage done to the parkade or parking lot, including oil or other fluids leaking from a Resident or guest's vehicle, are the Resident's responsibilty.

Modifications to Property

Residents must not modify or alter the premises in any way, including, but not limited to, painting, redecorating or the installation of wallpaper, blinds or draperies.

Annoyance or Disturbance

Residents are expected to refrain from any activity which may be considered an annoyance or a disturbance to other residents or surrounding neighbors. This includes, but is not limited to loud television, loud music, loud talking (with a raised voice) or any other disruptive activity. Noise is to be kept to a minimum before 8:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. daily.

Tenant Insurance

All Veyron residents are required to have Tenant Insurance prior to moving in and must keep a current policy in place for the entirety of their tenancy. Policies must have a minimum of $1,000,000 of liability coverage and proof of insurance must be provided to Veyron Properties Group which must contain the following information.

  • The name of the tenant(s)

  • Address of insured property

  • Coverage period (When policy starts and ends)

  • Amount of liability coverage.


Residents need to contact BC Hydro to arrange service prior to the start date of your lease. Upon receipt of keys, Residents are responsible for directly establishing, maintaining, and making payments for utilities accounts, in their own name, including hydro, telephone, internet and cable.

Move-In / Move-Outs

Please schedule elevators with your Property Manager in advance for move-ins and move-outs.

Community Spaces (Lounges, Patios, Fitness Centers, Co-Work Rooms, etc.)

  • These spaces have been offered to Veyron Residents to use and enjoy. Non-Residents (Guests) may only use Community Spaces at the invitation of a Resident. Guests must also be accompanied by a Resident at all times.

  • Residents are responsible for their conduct and that of their guests and are expected to share the space(s) with other Residents.

  • Residents must ensure their actions do not disturb other Residents.

  • Residents are responsible for clean up immediately after use of these spaces. They are to be left in the condition theywere found in, otherwise cleaning fees may apply.

  • No smoking or vaping is permitted in any of these spaces or on the property, including patios.

  • Use of Illegal Drugs is absolutely forbidden.

  • Use of Community Spaces is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Use of Community Spaces is prohibited outside of posted hours.

  • Failure to comply with these rules will result in loss of access to Community Spaces.

Storage Units and Lockers

  • Absolutely No storage of combustibles (propane, butane, helium, etc.) on the premises.

  • Storage spaces/units will be individually assigned and a lock provided.

  • Veyron Properties is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items stored in storage units.


  • NSF Fee $35.00

  • Late Fee $35.00
